Reagents and balances in stock ship in 3–7 days. Made-to-order systems (NMR, MS, HPLC) usually take 6–12 weeks including customs clearance.
Are installation and training included?
Yes. For analytical systems, installation, start-up, IQ/OQ and an operator starter course are included in the offer.
How do warranty and service work?
Manufacturer warranty is 12–24 months. After that we offer contracts for scheduled maintenance, spare parts and re-validation.
Do reference materials come with certificates?
Yes, all reference materials come from ISO 17034-accredited producers with a certificate of analysis (CoA).
Can we send you samples for analysis?
Of course. We run molecular analysis of food, pharmaceutical products and biological fluids, with a report and statistical processing.
Is the equipment pharmacopoeia-compliant?
Yes. Dissolution, disintegration, friability, hardness, powder and inhaler testing equipment complies with the relevant Ph. Eur. and USP chapters (e.g. 2.9.3 / <711>, 2.9.18 / <601>); compliance is shown on every model card.
Do you qualify dissolution testers?
Yes. IQ/OQ at installation, then periodic mechanical qualification (MQ) and PVT: shaft speed, vibration, centring and temperature, with a documented report.
How does payment work?
We work with legal entities under contract in UZS, and prepare documents for public tenders and grant projects.
